Sometimes, it might seem expensive to have new trains and gear, but if you really invest time in making a great layout and enjoy if for many years, the cost per year is very low.

Take the time to figure out what you really want and go for it!

Here is a beginner layout designed and built from reading books and Internet model railroading sites. It’s great fun.
