Introduction to Model Railroading

i am downsizing and need to dispose of HO gauge model train ‘stuff’ including track, train cars, model houses etc. some are quite old and in good repair. i do not want to throw them away. i would rather donate them to a model train club where they might be used and appreciated. can you recommend a club or facility that might be interested? many thanks. mm

Hey Mike. Our local model train club here in town would be able to use it. We’ve been working pretty hard to get the layout set up. The only problem is our lack of operating equipment. We currently have a roster of 3 locos, about 500 freight and passenger cars combined, and about 6 cabooses. All were donated to the club.

Mike if you cant find any one that needs HO stuff let me know. I am going to start a HO lay out soon. I dont have a budject but I will start one some way. There is not a club anywhere around here in Ms. I enjoyed it very much. I have Mr. Dans books and they have answered most all questions I had to get started.
