In this video Eric Siegel from EricsTrains.com shows us the updates to his model railroad and what he got for Christmas… Trains and more trains!
Look out for the Lionel Corporate Tinplate O Gauge Christmas set. This is an awesome model train set and typical of what a boy might have got in the 1910′s and 1920′s. The engine is a PS3 from MTH. It comes complete with the engine, tender and 3 passenger cars. There is an optional 4th baggage car. You get an oval of MTH real tracks, a 50 watt transformer and a DCS remote commander and a DCS commander remote.

Nice layout Eric. I’m just getting back into model trains after years of being away. I’m starting from scratch and it would be helpful to get some pointers on how to get started. I’ve decided on O gauge and am thinking DCC is the way to go. Do tracks and accessories from manufacturers like Lionel, Atlas, and MTH work together? What can you suggest to limit mistakes? Thanks.
